Awesome mountaineering pants now 20ish years old. In excellent condition. These are all cotton and have a hemp feel to them. They are super comfortable and relaxed, moreso than the black pair I have for sale. Definite hippie vibes. No fades or damage. Fabric is treated with water resistance though no clue if that still holds up. This is my favorite collection of Junya’s or at least got me initially into him.
These are a Frankenstein-pant made up of scraps from other fabric of this season. They are really cool. I always imagined heading to Burning Man with these but I missed the festival boat.
There’s a slight drop crotch feel to these. It’s not really a drop crotch rather a “roomy” crotch. You can see in the runway photos what this looks like. They are meant to facilitate climbing by allowing the legs to stretch without riding up.
