Dumpling Press easily creates authentic stuffed dumplings and other pocket-style foods as hours d-oeuvres, desserts, and snacks. Quickly form and seal filled dough rounds for homemade dumplings that are a uniform size to cook evenly for better-tasting results. Simply place a 4-inch round of dough, hand rolled or store-bought, and drape over the open press. Spoon in 1-rounded teaspoon of filling, fold the press closed, and squeeze the handles firmly to seal the dumpling. Cook according to recipe.
