12.5" Tempered Glass Lid

This 12.5 inch (32 cm) cover is made of sturdy heat-tempered glass for durability and convenience. The integrated vent in the lid knob allows the chef to control moisture without lifting the lid - simply open it to release steam or close to contain it. This universal glass lid is suitable for any 32cm skillet, pot or pan, but is designed to be used with the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan, Saute Pan and Wok (standard and induction models). The stainless steel edging ensures it fits securely. The cover is oven safe to 260 C (500 F) - although it is not suitable for broiler use. Please do not subject this or other glass articles to thermal shocks, such as immersing the lid in water while it is still hot.
